Farmer's Markets - The farmer's markets are usually open all the way through October, check out the fresh produce.

Local Farms - Local farms have great fall activities such as hayrides, corn mazes, pumpkin picking, and more.
- Active Acres Farm - 881 Highland Rd. Newtown, PA 18940 - 215.860.6855 - They have haunted hayrides and Paynes asylum. They also have a pumpkin patch and hayrides for kids.
- Cherry Crest Farm - 150 Cherry Hill Rd. Ronks, PA 17572 - 717.687.6843 (1 hour west of Norristown) - They have harvest fest from Sept 23 to Nov 3. They have the Amazing Maize maze, popcorn crop, and daily events.
- Freddy Hill Farms - 1440 Sumneytown Pike Lansdale, PA 19446 - 215.855.1205 - (Oct 7,8,14,15,21,22,28,29 from 12-5PM) They have $2 hayrides to pumpkin patch, funnel cake & Cider, farm zoo & pony rides, sand and balloon art, and pig races at 1:30, 2:30, & 3:30 PM)
- Homestead Orchards - 328 Twinbrook Road Perkasie, PA 18944 - 215.257.9286 - They have pick your own pumpkins, corn, and gourds. They have hayrides, a petting farm, and pony rides. They have special weekend evetns like scarecrow making.
-Hurricane Hill Farm - 704 East Reeceville Rd. Coatesville, PA 19320 - 610.384.6952 - They have a pirrate corn field, hayrides, goat walk, sand box, wiffle ball field, and flash light maze hours.
- Johnson's Farm- 133 Church Rd. Medford, NJ 08055 - Apple Picking (Sept 1- Oct 21), Pumpkin Picking (Sept 15-Oct 31), Popcorn, sweet potato & cotton picking (Nov 3-Nov 18)
-Linvilla Orchards - 137 W. Knowlton Rd. Media, PA 19063 - 610.876.7116 - From Sept 9 - Nov 5 they have their Pumpkinland Festival They have huge scrare crows, pumpkins everywhere, live music, hay rides, pony rides, face painting, mazes, pick your own apples, pumpkins, and a costume parade. They also have hayrides to the witches house.
-Merrymead Farm - 2222 Valley Forge Rd. Lansdale, PA 19446 - 610.584.4410 - Falltastic october (Sat& Suns) - hayrides, face painting, farm animals, cornstalk tunnels, cider donuts, sand box, wagon train rides, inflatables, children's games, pumpkin painting. Cornstalk tunnel, Corn maze, moonlight corn maze. During the week they'll have the cornstalk tunnel and hayrides (12,1,4PM) Tue-Fri.
- None Such Farm - 4493 York Road - P.O. Box 177 Buckingham, Pa. 18912 - 215.794.7742 - They have a pumpkin festival that runs all four weekends in October. They have pick your own pumpkins, live country music, hayrides, pony rides, tot train, face painting, and more.
- Shadybrook Farm -931 Stony Hill Rd. Yardley, PA 19067 (40 minutes East of Norristown) - 215.968.1670 - pick your own pumpkins, Pumpkin fest which includes hayrides, inflatables, trainrides, live entertainment, barn of horror, and corn maze.
-Tyler Arboretum - 515 Painter Road, Media, PA 19063 - 610.566.9134 - Their Pumpkin Days which is the 3rd weekend in October has a haunted barn, hayrides, music, crafts for kids, scarecrow making, pumpkin painting, and plenty of food.
- Winding Brook Farm - 3014 Bristol Rd Warrington, PA 18976 (40 minutes North East of Norristown) - 215.348.5514 - From September 30-Oct 28 on the weekends they have a corn maze, a corn walk of terror, a hayride for little kids, an evening family hayride and a pumpkin patch.
