Collegeville Rotary Halloween Parade October 29

The Collegeville Rotary Club announced that the annual Halloween Parade will be held on Wednesday, October 29. There is no rain date. Groups marching in the parade can gather at Vince Raffeo’s parking lot behind Benjamin Moore Paint & the BP station at 454 E. Main Street in Collegeville by 6:00 PM. Judging will be from 6:00 PM until 6:20 PM. The parade march will begin at 6:30 PM. The parade route will turn right out of the parking lot & finish in front of Philly Soft Pretzel Factory. The parade will conclude around 7:30pm.

Children and their families are invited to march in the parade. There is no admission fee. There will be a costume contest, with prizes going to the winners in various age groups. No formal registration is required for participation in the parade.

Please do not park in the parking lot because a large number of children and their families will be assembling. There will not be enough room for people marching in the parade to gather and for parked cars. Please park on a side street.

Families, local clubs, groups, businesses and other organizations are encouraged to support the parade through participation or sponsorship. For more information, call Joe Greenwald at 610-220-6454.
