Working Out
As a mom it's hard to find time to work out. Here are a list of different Mommy workout groups with your child, a list of local running clubs if you can get away on your own, and some helpful websites. Mommy Workouts
Baby Boot Camp - They have classes in King of Prussia, Berwyn, Malvern, Bryn Maryr, Radnor, Wynnewood, Broomall, Warminster, South Hampton, West Chester, Warwick, Downington, Philadelphia, Newtown Square, Langhorne, Bensalem. The class is 55 or 75 minutes depending on class format. Classes combine strength-training exercises with cardiovascular drills. Pilates,
yoga and abdominal exercises help improve core strength. The stroller,
resistance tubes (and even your child!) are used as an integral part of the
workout. First class free for a limited time. Fees are : Single Class - $15, 6 classes - $75, 12 classes - $135 and you have to use however many you buy in 60 days.

Kelly McBride is proud to be the first and only Master Pilates Specialist of Pre/Postpartum Pilates in the tri-state area, who is solely dedicated to Prenatal and Postpartum PILATES for pregnant and recovering mothers. She is trained to teach programs specifically designed to encourage body awareness to improve the health and wellbeing of her prenatal and postpartum clients.
One Fit Mama - COUPON - This group has classes in Upper Dublin Township, Fort Washington State Park, Oxford Valley Mall, North Wales, Montgomery Mall, and Wissahickon Valley Park in Philadelphia and
many other locations throughout the Greater Philadelphia and Central NJ
area. They have a great website with a map to each of the locations. Classes are 60 minutes long, composed of aerobic work, resistance training, and core (abs and back) strengthening. Fees are : Single Class - $15, 6 classes - $75, 10 classes - $100 and unlimited classes for a month are $50, for 3 months - $140, and for a year - $425. Your first class is free, and we never require you
to commit to just one class time or location. Attend as often as you like,

Stroller Strides - Located in West Chester at the West Goshen Community Park this program incorporates the environment, resistance tubing and the stroller to get an all-over body workout in 60 minutes. You can sign up for a free class on their website. They have different pricing packages. You can take as many classes as you want during the month with a monthly fee of $60, and there is a $75 one time registration fee. $15 per class if you would just like to purchase one class now and again. Attend any three classes per week during a three month period for $225. There is no registration fee with this class package. Attend any two classes per week during a three month period for $180. There is no registration fee with this class package. 10-Class Pass is $110 and can be used for any 10 classes during a 3 month period. Can't make it to class on a regular basis, then package is for you. There is no registration fee with this package.

Running Clubs
Fast Track Running Club - They run at Valley Forge park andConnestoga High School with a run everyday of the week. Membership is $15 a year.
Our commitment is to provide a welcoming environment for all runners. During our scheduled meetings (which include informative speakers), our organized runs, and various social events we share each other's knowledge of health, fitness, running and training while providing ongoing support for all of our members.
Bryn Mayr Running Club -
They run at several locations up and down the mainline. Our club attracts serious runners of all abilities and fitness goals ranging from the recreational jogger to the highly competitive road racer. We are a very social club and very supportive of all our member's running goals. Most importantly, we have a good time running.

Check Mark Heart - This American Heart Association page lets you make a grocery list of all healthy foods, it takes a bit of time to get use to it, but you'll find out about great products out there that are healthy for you.
Hungry Girl - Just a lot of different information on what your eating and how to eat right even at restaurants.
Calories burned - Find out how many calories you burned doing all different activities, it makes me want to go shovel snow.
